Simpler times, family gatherings, weekends… These are the moments I remember fondly and still work towards. As a chef, always having the best local ingredients has been a blessing to me – I’ve been fortunate to have cooked on both coasts of our beautiful country, from Vancouver Island to Prince Edward Island.
Of all the people I’ve had the opportunity to cook with – everyone always loves the comfort of a good order of fresh fries and a properly cooked simply adorned burger.
Now that our kids are busy with school and other activities, I’m finding time to cook on my terms – simpler foods and family favourites – while connecting with friends old and new. We all love Friesnburgs!
